I will now be raising a case with Etsy to try and get a refund. Shocking customer service. Will not be using again. Very disappointed. Had bought gift for my mum for her first Mother’s Day without her own mum.

Shipping Policy
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs paid at the time order was placed will be refunded to method paid after items are received in the condition sold, including all packaging. If the order is damaged during return, either by customer, in case of non-delivery with documented attempts, or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Shipping costs on partial order returns are not eligible for reimbursement. Orders refunded in full will only include outgoing shipping refund at standard rate, any additional costs associated with shipping upgrades will not be refunded.
International Orders Policy
All international orders require a signature for our courier. All orders require a signature upon delivery. (We cannot ship to PO Boxes.)
Customers are responsible for any customs charges and taxes, as well as return shipping and customs charges for returned/unclaimed orders. We are not responsible for any delays in the order being held by customs.
Please check the laws in your country before placing an order, we are not responsible for costs associated with return or customs refusal. Costs incurred by That Charming Shop from returned/refused orders will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delivery Policy
Please note that the *dispatch* times on each listing are the times it takes to package the order and enter it into the postal system, not the time it takes to be *delivered*. The email notification of *dispatch* you will receive when I have posted your order is not a notice of *delivery*.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return Policy
Item must be unopened including all original packaging and samples. Any product returned found to have its label tampered with or damaged will not be refunded- this include removal of the ribbon and seal on packaging.
Refunds may be deducted or withheld for returned items not in its original condition, damaged, opened, or missing parts, or received damaged due to return shipping, so please carefully package any items to be returned. If we receive a return ineligible for refund, item re-shipment cost are customer's responsibility.
Photos and return required for refund.
Refunds are reimbursed only to the individual and method paid.
Due to their nature, we are unable to exchange bath bombs faulty due to moisture or water damage.
Ammending An Order Policy
*Once the order has been sent, we are unable to change the delivery address.*
We are happy to ship your order to the gift recipient's address, but once an order has been posted, we cannot adjust addresses.
If an order has been sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot process refunds once the order has been returned and received in an unopened, unused condition. Any damage to the order will be deductive from any eligible refund.
In the event of a stolen parcel, we cannot process a refund before filing a police report. In this unlikely event, we may request additional information which, along with your contact and order details, will be included in the police report (a copy will be provided to you).
